MTV's On the Job is one of the best reality show!!! Though MTV comes up with shows like Splitsvilla.. Roadies.. Youngistan.. etc.. etc.. which are intended to educate the youth.. But I wonder how??
On the Job is just outstanding. The show is very provocative. Its a gr8 opportunity for the participants. The prize i.e. the internship is better than cash prize. A very opt prize.
It influences the viewers too. When a challenge is given, we just dont sit and watch. We start framing and modeling our ideas. We observe the participants. We try to find the mistakes they do. We get inputs from the judges who are already an expertise in the field. It might not help us in the daily life. But it makes us think!!! Very few television programs does this.
So hands off to the person who came up with the idea..

What can be added?? A little information about how the participants got to the job. Where are the course available if any?? Wats the skill set required?? This will be gr8 for anyone who is interested in the field and lack information!!!
